I live near Kingsbridge in South Devon
and am staff Photographer for South Hams Newspapers.
I studied Photography at Paignton and
Ivybridge Colleges, while working part time on corporate work, wedding work,
mobile portraiture and covering equestrian events in the South West.
I run Studio Portraiture and Still Life
demonstration sessions for local photographic organisations/clubs during the
year, as well as a course of general introduction to photography sessions
for those beginners/intermediate photographers with an interest in improving
their photographic skills. I am also known to judge the odd competition
for various clubs and organisations during the year.
I was awarded The Associate Fellowship of
the Royal Photographic Society in April 2005 in the Visual Journalism
section with a panel of sports images, and I am also a member of the
Newspaper Society.
I use Canon cameras, mostly EOS 1D
mrk II and an EOS 30D digital bodies with a selection of Canon and Sigma
lenses, but I still have film bodies should that be required.

containing my work.
